GLOW STUDIO — Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with GLOW STUDIO. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.


1. Order Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

  • During high-volume periods (holidays, new product launches, sales events), processing may take up to 7–10 business days.

  • Pre-order, custom, or made-to-order items may have extended processing times, which will be noted on the product page.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, the weight/size of your order, and the shipping method selected.

Domestic (United States) Shipping

  • Standard: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited: 2–3 business days

  • Priority: 1–2 business days (where available)

These are estimated timeframes provided by the carrier and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

International Shipping

  • International Standard: 7–21 business days

  • Delivery times vary greatly depending on customs processing, destination country, and local postal services.

Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, VAT, or import taxes.


3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.


4. Shipping from Multiple Locations

Some GLOW STUDIO products—especially print-on-demand, beauty, or partnered items—may ship separately from different warehouses.
If this occurs, you will receive multiple tracking numbers at no extra cost.


5. Wrong Address Disclaimer

You are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If you need to update your address:

  • Contact us immediately at [your support email]

  • We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has begun processing

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the buyer is responsible for:

  • Reshipment fees, and/or

  • A new shipping label

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


6. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, GLOW STUDIO is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is:

  • Stuck in transit

  • Marked delivered but not received

  • Lost by the carrier

Please contact the carrier first to open a claim:

  • UPS: 1-800-742-5877

  • FedEx: 1-800-463-3339

  • DHL: 1-800-225-5345

After contacting the carrier, email us and we will assist as best as we can, but we do not issue refunds for packages lost due to carrier errors or theft.


7. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Take clear photos of the packaging and items

  • Contact us within 48 hours at [support email]

We will help file a claim and determine the appropriate resolution.

9. International Customs & Import Taxes

GLOW STUDIO is not responsible for customs delays, VAT charges, import fees, or duties.

These costs are set by your country’s customs agency and are not included in your shipping fee.
