30-DAY RETURN WINDOW
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unworn or unused, with all original tags attached
- In its original packaging with all protective materials
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase (order number)
HOW TO START A RETURN

- The item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return (optional but helpful)
- Photos (if item is damaged or defective)
If your return request is approved, we'll send you:
- The specific return shipping address for your item
- A return authorization number
- Detailed packing and shipping instructions
- Expected timeline for your refund
Important: Return addresses vary depending on which fulfillment center processed your order. Always wait for our return instructions before shipping anything back. Items sent without approval or to incorrect addresses cannot be tracked or refunded.
RETURN SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with:

Return addresses may vary depending on which fulfillment center processed your order. Following our instructions ensures your return is received and processed correctly.
Important Notes:
- Items sent to incorrect addresses cannot be tracked or refunded
- Always include your order number and return authorization inside the package
- Keep your tracking number until refund is processed
- Do not return items to the address on your original shipping label
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method (USPS, UPS, FedEx)
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Standard Returns: Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. The cost is typically $5-8 depending on the item's weight and destination.
Our Error: If your return is due to our mistake (defective item, damaged in shipping, or wrong item sent), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you and issue a full refund including your original shipping costs.
For approved returns where you're responsible for shipping costs, we recommend using a trackable shipping method. Keep your tracking number until your refund is processed. We are not responsible for returns that are lost in transit without tracking.
DAMAGES, DEFECTS & INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@agapephilia.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos clearly showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item
- Description of the issue
We will evaluate the issue and provide one of the following solutions:
- Send a replacement item at no cost to you
- Issue a full refund including original shipping costs
- Provide store credit for a future purchase
In most cases, you will not need to return the damaged or defective item unless we specifically request it.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned for health, safety, or product reasons:
Made-to-Order Items:
- Print-on-demand custom products (t-shirts, mugs, etc.) cannot be returned unless defective or damaged
- Personalized items with custom text, names, or designs
- Special orders made to your specifications
Hygiene & Safety Items:
- Personal care goods and beauty products
- Eco-friendly sponges (once opened or used)
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Policy Exceptions:
- Items marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
- Gift cards and digital downloads
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Items returned without prior approval
BOGO Sock Purchases: The donated pair from our Buy One Give One sock program cannot be returned, but your purchased pair follows our standard return policy if unworn and in original packaging.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Items clearly marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase cannot be returned or exchanged except in cases of defects or damage. All Final Sale items will be clearly labeled on the product page before you complete your purchase.
Regular sale or discounted items (not marked "Final Sale") may be returned following our standard policy.
EXCHANGES
We do not currently offer direct item exchanges.
To exchange an item for a different size, color, or style:
- Return your original item following the return process above
- Once your return is approved and processed, you'll receive a refund
- Place a new order for the item you'd like instead
This ensures you get your new item as quickly as possible without waiting for the return to arrive back to us.

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
The same condition requirements apply:
- Item must be in the same condition you received it
- Unworn or unused, with all original tags attached
- In its original packaging
- With receipt or proof of purchase
Return shipping costs may apply unless the item is defective or we made an error.
REFUND PROCESSING & TIMELINE
Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or denied.
Approval: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
Bank Processing Time: Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. The exact timing depends on your financial institution.
Refund Amount: Your refund will include the item price minus return shipping costs (unless we made an error). Original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of defects, damage, or our error.
Payment Method: Refunds will only be issued to your original payment method. We cannot refund to a different credit card, PayPal account, or issue cash refunds.
IF YOU HAVEN'T RECEIVED YOUR REFUND
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again
- Contact your credit card company or bank - processing can take time
- If you've done both and still haven't received your refund, contact us at contact@agapephilia.com with your order number
